香港本地琴酒品牌「白蘭樹下Perfume Trees Gin」於荃灣南豐紗廠開設首間品酒室 — Tankyu Distillery。這間品酒室以母品牌命名，為喜愛琴酒的人提供一個深入了解與品味香港在地琴酒的專屬空間。
Perfume Trees Gin, Hong Kong’s very own gin label, opens Tankyu Distillery at The Mills, Tsuen Wan. Named after its mother brand, Tankyu Distillery is the gin’s first tasting room.
一間溫馨小巧的日式酒吧，展現職人級調酒工藝。調酒師穿著白色制服，精準又細膩，擅長依據顧客喜好打造專屬特調，常用當季水果入酒。這裡也是威士忌愛好者的天堂，收藏了眾多來自世界各地的威士忌。此外，特別設計的下酒菜單更是與威士忌完美搭配。 This cosy, diminutive joint offers guests the epitome of Japanese-style bartending in Hong Kong, with all the precision and attention to detail that entails. Bartenders in white jackets draw on an extensive cocktail list, or create something bespoke, often making use of seasonal fruit. Whisky is a speciality here, with a large selection of international bottles to choose from. The bar snack menu, meanwhile, is specifically designed to accompany that whisky selection.
